Surfaces of the aluminium coil is coated with weather resistance PVDF resin–KYNAR 500 (Polyvinylidene fluoride). Standard colour available in 14 options including Solid and Metallic colours. Special colour is available upon request and subject to quantity requirement.

Vitally Aluminium Cladding is also available in FEVE coating (Fluoroethylen-Alkyl Vinyl Ether). Aluminium Cladding provides better glossy finishes and color brightness. In addition, its exceptional UV degradation properties increases the lifetime of exterior coatings three to four times. Hence reducing the number of recoats necessary.

Vitally Aluminium Cladding is available with fire retardant option–Vitally-FR . Vitally-FR is PSB and SIRIM tested against BS476 : fire test on building materials and structures–Part 6 : method of test for fire propagation for products and Part 7 : method of test to determine the classification of the surface spread of flame of products. It is complied to BS 476–Part 6 : 1989 and BS476–Part 7 : 1997 with test result shows that Vitally-FR has CLASS ONE surface spread of flame.
