Aluminium Composite Panel is a composition of non-toxic polyethylene core sandwiched between two aluminium sheets. The surfaces are coated with PVDF resin which ensure color uniformity and provide a finishes that resistance to UV fade and corrosion.
Vitally Aluminium Composite Panels are available in PVDF coating. Surface of the aluminium coil is coated with weather resistance PVDF resin–KYNAR 500 (Polyvinylidene fluoride). Standard colour available in 14 options including Solid and Metallic colours. Special Colour is available upon request and subject to quantity requirement.
Vitally Aluminium Composite Panels are also available in FEVE coating (Fluoroethylen-Alkyl Vinyl Ether). It provides better glossy finishes and color brightness . In addition, its exceptional UV degradation properties increases the lifetime of exterior coatings three to four times. Hence reducing the number of recoats necessary.
